Mat Ricardo's Christmas Cabaret
This event is in the past
Featuring: Mat Ricardo, Cleopantha, Jamie Mykaela and Oliver Tabor!
The stage is set for an extravaganza of circus, comedy, cabaret and burlesque, put together exclusively for Norwich Playhouse by Mat Ricardo!
This is knock-down, drag-out, scalpel-sharp shenanigans from a cast of bona fide international superstars of circus, comedy and cabaret who all share one singular vision – to drop jaws, split sides, and burn the house down.
One of the worlds most unique, critically-acclaimed, and reliably entertaining variety performers. Mat Ricardo on stage is an opportunity to see genuine danger performed by a natural comedian at the top of his game. He beguiles his audience with both old favourites and signature routines, including some tricks that haven’t been performed for decades, and some that have never been performed before at all.
With Mat, you are guaranteed big laughs, serious skills, slapstick, and breathtaking spectacle.
He is a TedX Speaker, Magic Circle doyen, Royal Command Performer, and the winner of the Herald Angel Award for theatre excellence, British Cabaret Award for Best Speciality Act, Stagetalk Magazine’s Show of the Year, and the Arts Award Pick of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
