Stephen Crocker
Chief Executive & Creative Director
Stephen leads all aspects of the organisation’s work both artistic and commercial. Norwich Theatre covers Norwich Theatre Royal, The Playhouse and Stage Two. Stephen began his career as a professional classical singer before entering the cultural sector and, prior to his move to Norwich in 2016, spent 9 years at The Lowry, latterly as Deputy Chief Executive. Stephen is also co-chair of Dance Consortium, chair of Curious Directive and a board member of New Anglia Culture Board and The Touring Partnership and a South East Area Council Member of Arts Council England.

Tom Sleigh, Chair of Trustees
Tom was Chair of the Board of the Barbican Arts Centre from 2020-2024, leading a period of significant change to the management team, business model, and culture. Tom has worked in executive roles across the public and private sectors over two decades, including at Lloyds Banking Group, and is presently Director of Corporate Affairs at The Bank of London.
