Extra additions to the Christmas extravaganza at The Playhouse as well as singer/songwriter Chris De Burgh went on sale today!
Tis the Season at the Playhouse is getting two new additions to its line up. Joe Stilgoe (14 Dec) returns for one of the classiest Christmas parties you have ever been to. Joe will sing an array of festive hits along with his incredible band. Expect lots of classics plus some of Joe’s modern favourites. Christmas Cheer (15 Dec) is a very special festive night celebrating Norfolk’s finest talent in comedy and spoken word.
The singer and songwriter Chris de Burgh who sang classic songs such as Lady in Red and A Spaceman Came Travelling, heads to Norwich Theatre Royal on 18 Feb. This exciting evening will see Chris perform songs from his newest album, The Legend of Robin Hood, live on guitar and piano, plus many of his hits you will know and love from throughout the years.
The tea-guzzling tiger comes for a bite to eat at Norwich Theatre Royal in The Tiger Who Came to Tea (2 Mar – 4 Mar). This delightful family show is packed with sing-a-long songs and clumsy chaos. Don’t miss this beautiful stage adaptation of the classic tale of teatime mayhem…

Britain’s Got Talent finalist Magical Bones (18 Mar) bursts onto the Playhouse stage with a brand new show featuring high-energy magic filled with mesmerising illusions and jaw-dropping breakdance moves.
Poet and comedian Tim Key (Alan Partridge, The Witchfinder, Tim Key’s Late Night Poetry Programme) is back with an all-new show. Expect ruminations about the great indoors with a bit of stamping around. Velour tracksuit, continental lagers, some “poetry”.
